மீ டூ காலம்! என்னடி எப்படி இருக்க? (14)

கதைக்கு சம்மந்தம் இல்லாத முன்னுரை:

உயர்தர நாடுகள் என சொல்லப்படும் அமெரிக்கா, ஸ்பெயின், இத்தாலி, ஃப்ரான்ஸ்  போன்ற முதல் உலகநாடுகளீல் கொரோனா வைரஸ் தாக்குதலால் ஏற்பட்ட உயிரிழப்புகள்  மிக அதிகமாக இருக்கிறது.  அதே சமயம் மூன்றாவது உலகம் என அழைக்கப்படும் இந்தியா இந்தோனேஷியா ஜப்பான் போன்ற நாடுகளீல் உயிரிழப்பு குறஞ்சி இருக்கிறது

 இதற்குக் காரணம், டி பி இன்ஃபெக்சன் தடுப்புக்காகக் கொடுக்கப் படும் பிசிஜி வாக்சினேசனாக இருக்கலாம் என்றூ பலர் நம்புகிறார்கள். மேலும் இது சம்மந்தப்பட்ட ஆராய்ச்சி தீவீரமாக நடக்கிறது.

டிபி ஸ்கின் டெஸ்ட் பாசிட்டிவாக வரக் காரணம் என்ன வென்றால், நம் உடலில் டி பி க்கு எதிரான ஆன்ட்டிபாடிகள் ரெடியாக இருக்கிறது என்பது. அதனால் உங்களூக்கு டி பி இருக்கிறது என்றூ அர்த்தமில்லை. டி பிக்கு எதிர்ப்பு சக்தி இருக்கிறது என்றூ அர்த்தம். ஸ்கின் டெஸ்ட் கொடுக்கும்போது வலுவிழந்த டிபி பாக்டீரியாவை நம் தோலில் மிகக் குறந்த அளவில் கொடுப்பார்கள்.  டி பி பாக்டீரியாவை ஏற்கனவே சந்தித்த (பிசிஜி தடுப்பு ஊசியால் அல்லது ஏற்கனவே ஏற்பட்ட டி பி இன்ஃபெக்சனால்)  நம் உடல், அதனுடன் போராட அதர்க்கான எதிர்ப்பு சக்திய உடனே தயாரிக்க ரெடியாக இருக்கும், உடனே போரை ஆரம்பித்து விடும். அதனால் தோலில் பெரிய ரியாக்சன் இருக்கும். உடனே செஸ்ட் எக்ஸ் ரே எடுத்துப் பார்ப்பார்கள்.  அது பொதுவாக 99% நெகடிவாக வரும். உடனே உங்களூக்கு ஆக்டிவ் டி பி பாக்டீரியா இல்லை என முடிவுக்கு வருவார்கள்.

பிசிஜி யை முதல்த்தர நாடுகள் எல்லாமே புறக்கணீத்து விட்டார்கள். நாங்கல்லாம் டி பி யை ஒழித்துவிடோம் என மார்தட்டிக் கொள்வார்கள்.  நீங்கதான் இன்னும் டி பி யை கட்டி அழுறீங்க என்பார்கள்.

பிசிஜியாலும் மேலும் டி பி கிருமியால் ஏற்கனவே பாதிக்கப் பட்டவர்களூம் டிபிக்கு ஆண்டிபாடி ரெடிமேடாக வைத்து இருப்பார்கள். ஆனால் டி பி யை ஒழித்துவிட்ட நாடுகள் அப்படியல்ல.

டி பி யை எதிர்க்கும் ஆண்டிபாடிகள் இப்போ கொரோனா வைரஸயும் எதிர்த்துப் போராடலாம் என சீரியஸாக பல ஆராய்ச்சிகள் நடந்து வருகின்றன.  காரணம்?  டி பியை ஒழித்துவிட்டதாக பீத்து ம் நாடுகளீல் (அமெரிக்கா, இத்தாலி, யு கே, ஸ்பெயின்)  கொரோனா வைரஸால் அதிக உயிரிழப்பு ஆகிய நிலையில் இருக்காங்க.  ஆனால் டி பி சாதாரணமாக இருக்கும் நாடுகள்,  இந்தியா, இந்தோனேசியா போன்ற நாட்டுமக்கள் கொரோனா வைரஸால் அதிகம் பாதிக்கப் படவில்லை. இது இன்றய உண்மை நிலவரம். கதை அல்ல!

 Caro came back after brushing her teeth..

"Oh my God, why were you walking around naked, Caro?"

"Sorry, my dental floss ran out, I needed to grab them from living room. I thought you were seriously watching TV" she smiled

"Why dont you cover yourself when you have to get out of bathroom. Is that some kind of strip tease to turn on guys? "

"Ha ha ha It is OKay if you see me naked for few seconds"

"You are really teasing me and provoking me, Caro!"

"Really? Tell me about it. Why did you check me out when I am walking naked for few seconds? Shame on you!" she laughed

"YES, you should have closed your eyes or paid attention to the TV. How did I look anyway when I was clothe-less?"

"I always want to be curious. Nothing should be revealed completely. It is not good to see everything, what one got both physically and mentally. Don't you ever reveal everything about you."

"It happened few year ago. Here in US. There was an Indian couple traveling from Vegas to Detroit. Young. Husband and wife. Three people can sit in one side of that plane. There was an young white girl sitting in the window-seat. The Indian "IT" guy preferred to sit next to the girl and his wife sits next to him. He is kind of sandwiched between them. His wife let him to sit next to the white girl, that's unusual. It was a long flight and night. As time went on, this creepy guy started touching the white girl between her thighs and then unzipped her pants while she was sleeping and, he later started playing in her private parts. The white girl slowly started realizing that this guy is raping her when she is asleep. She did not let it go or forgive him. She reported to the security and they arrested him when they were landing Detroit. His wife tried to defend his action but nobody bought her bullshit story. He was found guilty and sentenced for 7 years or so. He is in prison now in USA for rape charge."

"Are you serious?"

"This kind of "molesting" are happening in buses and trains in India. There is no proper law and order and so women getting raped everyday in buses. This guy must have molested several women like that for years. He did not realize that what he does is RAPE. Now that he learnt it is indeed rape what he has been doing."

"Why did his wife defend him?""

"I really don't know much about modern IT people in India these days. They are all filthy I hear. Fucked up really really good, watching porn all the time. Men and women fuck around and they dont have any morals or whatsoever"

"It is all there in Newspapers and internet. You can look it up and find them. I am telling only the TRUE stories here, Caro. Indians are also full of shit. They bury everything under the carpet and get away with their crime in India as there is no fucking law there"

"They run into real trouble here, huh?"

"They do not realize they are raping women and sexually abusing children. I am glad they get caught here in US and getting punished for fucking around. This is a good lesson for fucking Indians"
