அமெரிக்கா, அபார்ஷன், பெண்களின் பரிதாப நிலை!

 இந்தியா, சைனா போன்ற நாடுகளில் மட்டுமல்லாமல் ஐரோப்பா நாடுகளிலும் அபார்ஷன் என்பது அந்த தாயாகப் போகும் பெண்ணின் முடிவுதான். ஆனால் அமெரிக்காவில் ஆம்பளைங்கதான் பெண்கள் என்ன செய்யணும்னு முடிவு செய்றாங்க. ஒருத்தி, கற்பழிக்கப்பட்டு கற்பினியானாலும், கூடாத உறவின் மூலம் கற்பினியானாலும் அவள் கருவை சிதைக்க அவளுக்கு உரிமை இல்லை என்பதே ரைட் விங் ரிபப்ளிகன் பார்ட்டி அரசியல் வாதிகள், ரிலிஜியஸ் லீடர்களின் நிலைப்பாடு.  It is not that they dont like killing. They will kill anybody who comes in their way if they become a threat for them. Dont we see how black people are getting killed in America? All these God-worshiping right-wing guys are all own a gun to kill people. It is very hard to understand their views, prejudice blah blah for people like me.

அமெரிக்காவா? மிகவும் முன்னேற்ற மடைந்த நாடாச்சே? அப்படினு நீங்க நினைத்தால் நீங்க காசு சம்பாரிக்கிறது, நல்ல வீடு வாங்கி, பிள்ளைகள பெரியாளுக்குறது என்று உங்க வாழ்க்கையை மட்டும் பார்த்து வாழ்ந்து கொண்டு இருக்கீங்கனு அர்த்தம். அமெரிக்கன் பாலிட்டிக்ஸ்ல என்ன நடக்குது. செனெட் மெஜாரிட்டி ரிபப்ளிகன் என்ன செய்றாங்க என்பதையெல்லாம் கண்டுக்காமல் வாழ்றீங்கனு அர்த்தம்.அப்படி வாழ்ந்தால் தப்பெல்லாம் இல்லை. உங்க வாழ்க்கை நீங்க எப்படி வேணா வாழலாம். எது சரி எது தவறென்று யாராவது முடிவு செய்வார்கள். வெள்ளைக்காரன் செஞ்சா சரியாத்தான் இருக்கும்னு மூடிக்கிட்டு வாழலாம்.

அமெரிக்காவைப்  பொருத்தவரையில் அபார்ஷன் ஒரு பெரிய பொலிடிகல் பிரச்சினை.ரைட்-விங் பாலிடிசியன்ஸ் அபார்ஷனை எதிர்த்தே ஆகனும். இல்லைனா அவர்களுக்கு ஓட்டுக் கிடைக்காது.

சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட்ல அபார்ஷன் மற்றும் ஒபாமா கேர் ரெண்டு கேஸும் விரைவில் அனலைஸ் செய்யப்பட்டு அதை தொடைப்பதா இல்லை தொடர்வதானு முடிவு எடுக்கப்படும். சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட் ஜட்ஜ் நியாயமாத்தான் நடப்பாங்கனு நினைத்தால் நீங்க அறியாமையின் உச்சத்தில் இருக்கீங்கனு அர்த்தம்.

இன்றைய நிலையில் சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட் ஜட்ஜஸ் 8 பேரில், 5 பேர் ரைட்-விங். Both Roe V Wade decision and  Affordable Care act will be killed in Supreme Court by the Conservative judges! It does not matter who becomes the next President of this country. Supreme court ruling can not be overturned by President!

 Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction.

 

Lots of white women voted for the current President and, for conservative senators who are now doing their best to get rid of "women rights"! This is the price they pay for doing such a fatal error! Dont cry now! It is all your fault!
