வைரமுத்து சட்டத்தை சந்திக்கத் தயார்! சின்மயி

வைரமுத்து, தன் மேல் வேணூம்னு அவதூறுகள் பரப்புகிறார்கள்! சும்மா மீ டூ னு அனானிமசாக வந்து உளறாமல் ஒரு வக்கீலைப் பார்த்து கேஸ் போடுங்க. நான் யாரையும் கையைப் பிடிக்கவில்லை, அசிங்கமான வார்த்தைகள் பயன்படுத்திப் பேசவில்லைனு என் தரப்பை விளக்குகிறேன்! என்கிறார்.

ஒருவரை தொலை பேசியில் அடிக்கடி கூப்பிட்டு நான் இதைப் பத்தி பேசனும் என்றூ தொந்தரவு செய்வது, செக்சுவல் ஹராஸ்மெண்ட்னு எல்லாம் சொல்ல முடியாது.

எவனோ ஒருத்தன் என்னை வைரமுத்து ஹோட்டலுக்கு வரச் சொன்னதாகச் சொன்னார் என்பதெல்லாம் சட்டத்தின் முன்னால் நிக்காது. அதுவும் அந்நபரே அப்படி நடக்கவில்லை எனும்போது.

ஆக மொத்தத்தில், there is NO EVIDENCE of sexual harassment as far as I can see. I dont see any strong evidence against Vairamuthu for sexual harassment. He did not use any vulgar/sexual words when I look at the allegations. He did not touch anybody inappropriately as for  these two "celebrity accusations" are concerned.

He called me!

He called me several times?!

He invited me for a discussion several times!

These accusations can not be proved as sexual harassment when you yourself provided your cell # to him looking for opportunities.

So, I think it is not like "Rajan case". Someone really fucked up here!

Vairamuthu's next step would be defamation case! 

Vairamuthu should file a case against twitter senthilkumar and all these half-baked idiots-who hardly know what happened really-, for bringing up his family members in online!
