நக்கீரனில் ஒரு செய்தி!

திருமணமான பெண்ணுடன் முறையற்ற தொடர்பு; மகனின் செயலால் தந்தையும், அண்ணனும் தூக்கிட்டு தற்கொலை!

நாமக்கல் அருகே, திருமணமான பெண்ணுடன் 21 வயது இளைஞர் ஓட்டம் பிடித்ததால் அவமானம் தாங்காமல் தந்தையும், அண்ணனும் தூக்கிட்டு தற்கொலை செய்து கொண்டனர்.

சுப்ரமணியை காண்பதற்காக அடிக்கடி செங்கல் சூளைக்கு அவருடைய இரண்டாவது மகன் கிருஷ்ணன் சென்று வந்தார். இதில், சூளையில் வேலை செய்து வந்த சத்யாவுடன் பழக்கம் ஏற்பட்டது. அவர்களுக்குள் நட்பு இறுகி, நாளடையில் நெருக்கமான தொடர்பாக மாறியது.

இதையறிந்த பாஸ்கர், இதுபற்றி சுப்ரமணியிடம் சொல்லி மகனை கண்டித்து வைக்கும்படி கூறியுள்ளார். இதனால் அவர்களுக்குள் தகராறு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்நிலையில், கிருஷ்ணனும், சத்யாவும் பிப். 26ம் தேதி திடீரென்று தலைமறைவாயினர்.

இருவரையும் பல இடங்களில் தேடியும் தகவல்கள் இல்லை. இதுகுறித்து பாஸ்கர் சேந்தமங்கலம் காவல்நிலையத்தில் புகார் அளித்தார். அதன்பேரில்   காவல்துறையினர், சுப்ரமணி மற்றும் அவருடைய மூத்த மகனிடம் வீட்டிற்கே சென்று நேரில் விசாரணை நடத்தினார்.

இந்நிலையில், செங்கல் சூளை அருகே உள்ள ஒரு மரத்தில் சுப்ரமணியும், சங்கரும் தூக்கிட்டு தற்கொலை செய்து கொண்டது சனிக்கிழமை (பிப். 27) காலையில் தெரிய வந்தது. இதுகுறித்து தகவல் அறிந்த காவல்துறையினர்,  சம்பவ இடம் விரைந்து வந்து சடலங்களை கைப்பற்றினர். உடற்கூராய்வுக்காக சடலங்கள் நாமக்கல் அரசு மருத்துவமனைக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டது.

"Now multiple copies of viruses had been made (they replicated the virus) using a DNA clone"

"DNA clone?"

"Yes,  the DNA clone of RNA genome was added into the yeast genome by transformation. Once you incorporate the DNA genome of the virus onto the DNA genome of the Yeast, you could make more viruses. Actually the viruses literally are MADE BY HUMAN right here!!!"

"DNA clone? For an RNA virus? It has an RNA genome?"

"Yes, I believe, you have a sense RNA as genome, in Coronavirus right? We can make or "encode" the corresponding double stranded DNA synthetically with a sense and anti sense stand. From that DNA clone, the sense strand of RNA genome will be made by a  T7 RNA polymerase from the man-made DNA"

"Yes, the RNA genome can not be incorporated easily. So they make corresponding DNA genome, may be by using PCR, then they insert the DNA genome into the Yeast genome. Now they use T7 RNA polymerase to make the RNA genome"

"Three kinds of immune cells work together, APC (antibody-producing cells), Helper T cells and B cells work to make antibodies against this virus. I am sure there may be more cells involved but mainly three"

"When any antigen or pathogen or virus gets into our body, they enter the cells by binding on the cells. They have to go find a spot where they can interact and  enter into the cell. Now the immune cell APC, eats it and breaks into pieces, one of the piece is spike protein. It feeds that to a helper T-cell. Now helper T-cell takes that to B-cell. The latter is capable of making antibodies. The antibodies will be a    good receptor for spike protein. Now spike protein of virus goes and binds on the antibodies which is on the surface of B-cells, now B-cells and other cells will kill the viruses"

"Only immune cell can kill them?" 

"Normal lung cells can not kill them and they can not carry antibodies either I believe"

 

 

APC (Antibody producing cell) (middle)  takes on the virus (top) and kills it and breaking down the macromolecules and feeding the spike protein to a Helper T-cell (which is in the bottom)

 

 

Helper-T cell (top) got the spike protein (red spike)  from APC cell and feeding that spike protein to B-cells (bottom) and B-cells making the antibodies (red-color Y-shaped molecules on the surface) which can bind on the spike protein and can kill the virus!
