சுஹாஷினி என்கிற மேதாவி! & Shut Up Suhasini!!

தன்னைப்பற்றியும் தன் கற்பைப்பற்றியும் பேசாமல், மற்றவர்களுக்கும் கற்பு கிடையாது, இந்தக்காலத்தில் ப்ரிமாரிட்டல் செக்ஸ்ல இன்வால்வ் ஆகாதவங்க யாரும் இல்லைனு சொன்ன குஷ்புக்கு வரிந்து கட்டிக்கொண்டு வந்தவர் இந்த சுஹாஷினி என்கிற மேதாவி. சரி, அந்த விசயத்தில் பாவம் குஷ்பு ஏதோ தெரியாமல் சொல்லிவிட்டார்னு பெண்ணுக்குப் பெண் உதவி செய்ய வந்தார் என்று எடுத்துக்கொள்வோம்!

இப்போ நம்ம செல்வாவின் ஆயிரத்தில் ஒருவன் படத்துக்கு இவர் வக்காலத்து! ஆயிரத்தில் ஒருவன் மலேசியா போன்ற நாடுகளில் நல்லாப் போனாலும் பல விமர்சகர்கள் பார்வையில் பெரிய அடி வாங்கியுள்ளது. காசுக்காக அல்லது வியாபார நோக்கில்லாமல் எழுதும் சாதாரண பதிவர்கள் முதல் சமீபத்தில் வந்த பிரபல வலைபதிவர்கள் பார்வையிலும் மிகப்பெரிய அடி வாங்கியுள்ளது ஆயிரத்தில் ஒருவன்.

ஆனா மேதாவி சுஹாஷினிக்கு இந்தப் படம் ரொம்பப் பிடித்து இருக்குபோல! அவருக்குப் பிடித்து இருந்தால், ரெய்டர்ஸ் ஆஃப் தி லாஸ்ட் ஆர்க், அல்லது மெக்கனாஸ் கோல்ட் லெவெலுக்கு இது ஒரு தமிழ்ப்படம் னு இந்த மேதாவி நினைத்தால் அவர் செய்ய வேண்டியது இந்தப்படத்துக்கு நல்ல விமர்சனம் கொடுத்து 95/100 மதிப்பெண்கள் கொடுத்துவிட்டு போவதுதான் மரியாதை. அதைவிட்டுப்புட்டு விமர்சகர்கள் கமர்சியல் படங்களைத்தான் பாராட்டுவாங்க, இதுபோல் ஹாலிவுட் முயற்சியை எல்லாம் அடித்து நொறுக்கி உள்ளது நியாயமில்லை என்கிறாராம் இந்த பெண் புலி!

Suhashini needs to understand few things!

* There is absolutely no need for everyone to team up against Selvaraghavan! The critics would have appreciated if and only if the movie had quality and came out in a good shape!

* AO just received the reviews of what it really deserves!

* She can think of herself as the only genius and judge a movie but she should not expect others to agree with that! Because she is only half-baked in every way!

Topic: What do you think about the Reality-TV shows

The most irritating breed on the planet is the group of self-proclaimed scholars. Be it any topic, any field, any arena, you’ll find these guys. Just came across a finest example of this genre – actress Suhasini.

The veteran actress is into anchoring TV shows now – from game shows to movie reviews – she is getting her hands on all. Good for her and good for us – as long as she knows what she is doing.

Just happened to catch one of her programmes on Jaya TV the other day. Sounded like a movie review programme to me, where she conducted detailed examination and critical analysis of Hollywood movies. The victims being the slick flick “Wanted” and the current favourite “The Dark Knight”.

She started off with “Wanted” and just like most any other movie critic went on giving positive and negative feedback on the Angelina Jolie starrer. All said and done, Wanted ended up with a 50:50, good-bad ratio. That’s what mediocre critics do. They balance the scores, deliberately.

Now the biggie – The Dark Knight. Well, Suhasini has definitely not watched the movie. She doesn’t know anything at all about the movie or the Batman franchise. Sample these

The Dark Knight is the fourth movie in the series. (Sorry madam, it’s the sixth!!)

She can’t distinguish between the Scarecrow and the Joker. (Wrong info lady!!)

She didn’t mention anything at all about the performance of Heath Ledger. She doesn’t even know how to pronounce his name!!! The one time the actor’s name came up was at the end of the show. Just the name and that’s it.

She thinks Christian Bale is lean. (Open your eyes good woman!!)

According to her Harvey Dent and Commissioner Gordon knows that Batman is Bruce Wayne. (Stop talking!!)

There was much more wrong info that she threw around all over the place.

She can be spared for her comments that the movie does not have much grip, it’s too dark, too violent and all that. Different people, different perspective.

No holds barred, she is one of the finest actresses in Indian cinema, putting in excellent performances in each role that she has handled in movies spanning most of the South Indian languages. But she should stick to what she does best and not anything else. If you have to show off your credentials and knowledge of film making, you are most welcome to do so. We’d love to listen to that. But please don’t talk about topics which you have no idea of. The whole thing will backfire and you’ll end up being on the losing side, degrading the respect others have for you. You just did.
